This product can be used with a generator so thus you don’t have to worry anymore about how long the unit will keep working, because it does not use battery for the power supply. But this product seems not-too handy but more powerful to cool air when you are camping.
  3. Then “Kooleraire” offers 12 volt tent air conditioners. They can be fitted into quart coolers (around 28 to 25). For the maximal performance you can add ice over on these products. They are usually more affordable than others.

The best time for shopping and making deal to buy a tent air conditioner is during the off season (such as a couple months after the summer season). In the off season you can purchase them relatively cheaper, because during this period many manufactures and stores usually will produce new models for the next season. Moreover, during this period the demand of using air cooling appliances decrease significantly. But unfortunately, you cannot find the newest design and model of tent air conditioning that usually come with more modern features. Therefore, make sure the unit that you want to purchase in this period will not out of style when the next summer season comes.

Don’t forget also to consider about the long warranty and the maintenance cost. In addition, usually there are many companies that offer 1 year long warranty on parts and labor. For better performance you can also consider extra accessories that are usually offered separately. Consider also the air filter quality to ensure the air output keep clean and safe for your respiratory system.
