Like other regular mini split models, LG mini split air conditioner units are also designed with two main units; outdoor unit and indoor unit! The outdoor unit is usually designed to be installed or located outside of the room (as well as the name suggests). It houses compressor/condenser. And on the other hand, as the name implies indoor unit it is installed inside the room that houses air-handling unit (has main function to transfer cooled air into the room).
LG mini split air conditioners are also familiar known as ductless units (duct-free technology). But there is also another component what we call as ‘conduit’! It has function to house other important components (like a condensate drain, refrigerant tubing, suction tubing, and power cable) and connect the outdoor unit and indoor unit!
