6. One of the famous types of ductless ac units is ductless split air conditioner units. These types also familiar call as mini split ac units, and usually come with SEER value range between 11.5 and 10. Usually these types consist of three major units that are outside unit (condenser), inside unit (evaporator), and a fan. Some people think these types are the best solution for who need high quality cooling air instantly with lower energy consumes and standard installation. But unfortunately we must pay higher price for them than other standard ductless air conditioner types, because their price can reach range value price between $2000 and $1500 per ton…WOW!

Then the last thing that we should consider before using ductless air conditioner units is about the proportional comparison size between the size power cooling of the unit and the size large of the room. Don’t forget also to consider about how many people that usually will use the unit, the climate condition, the insulation of roof and the thickness insulation of the walls (better we have the insulation for roof and wall), the house’s windows (about types and the number of them), etc.
